    Where to start. Tim is the real deal. The time and attention he spent on our RV was awesome. Not only that he was willing to answer any and all questions I had. He even came out after I got the RV to look at my roof since the dealership would not let him on it.

He came out very promptly and found things I couldn't even imagine. even down to the tires that were older than the camper it's self. He saved me from making a horrible purchase.     Tim was AMAZING! We bought a brand new RV but it was our first so we wanted a more experienced set of eyes that was independent & unbiased to do an inspection for us. He is INCREDIBLY knowledgable, responsive & accommodating. He helped us understand how our RV was built, important things to do in the maintenance of it and also helped us learn how to troubleshoot for when we have issues with it in the future. The RV dealer wouldn’t allow him to walk on the roof at the dealership so he met up with my husband a different day after purchase at the storage facility so that he could ensure the roof looked good. His write up was thorough & returned to us very quickly. 10/10 recommend him for third party inspection of new/used RV
